How to Use this Page

The page (below) is set to scroll automatically. Make sure your mouse is not hovering over the quotes.


  • Each day, simply close your eye and S-L-O-W-L-Y count to five. Open your eyes and press on whatever quote appears.


  • Ask yourself "How can I apply this to my life today?"


  • If it doesn't seem relevant to you, it might be offering you the opportunity to have greater understanding of someone else. Try to accept whichever quote appears and see if you can incorporate it into your daily focus.


  • Take 5 minutes to contemplate, meditate, and/or write about what these words might mean for you today. 


  • Enjoy this brief daily time you offer yourself to get off the treadmill and remember you are more than the body you're wrapped up in!



Life changes for the better when we commit to a positive daily practice. 


We are not victims. Life is not happening TO us, it is happening FOR us. 


What we focus on becomes our reality.

    Hang In! I hope this makes you smile.

    This is one for the days when you feel stuck in 'stuff' being thrown at you from every direction. The days you feel like it's never going to change... but it is inevitable, nothing stays the same. The sooner we focus on what makes us feel more alive, the sooner we do.

    Assume the Best

     Everyone has something going on. When we step outside our own limited beliefs about who we are, we make our best selves available to others. 

    It really is the simple things that say "I see you. I respect you. I love you".

    I always ask couples if they love one another. They inevitably say 'YES" 

    I ask, "Are you loving them well?" It is the smallest, moment to moment acts of love that make partnership joyful.

    We Choose How We Feel

    Put things in place to make joy the easier choice. Play, dance, smile, sing, choose happiness.
